Selma is a city in and the county seat of Dallas County, Alabama. It is located on the banks of the Alabama River and most known for the 1965 Selma Voting Rights Movement and its Selma to Montgomery marches. Historical memorabilia can be viewed at the National Voting Rights Museum.
