Glenwood Springs is a Home Rule Municipality that is the county seat and the most populous city of Garfield County in the state of Colorado. It is located 180 miles west of Denver at the confluence of the Roaring Fork and Colorado Rivers. The caverns offer guided walking tours suitable for all ages. Visitors can view cave formations such as soda straws, stalactites, stalagmites and cave bacon whilst guides inform them of the history, geology and legend surrounding the caves.
