Douglasville is a city in and the county seat of Douglas County in the state of Georgia. It is located approximately 20 minutes from Atlanta in the north-western part of the state and is included in the Atlanta Metro Area.

Other annual festivals are hosted by Arbor Place Mall which is home to over 100 shops and restaurants and is anchored by Dillard's, Sears, Macy's, Belk, J.C. Penney, Old Navy and Bed Bath & Beyond.
