Hayden is a city in Kootenai County in the state of Idaho. It is located in the northern arm of the state about 11 miles east of the Washington border and about 44 miles west of the Montana border.

The city which was once known as "Hayden Village" has a history rich in Indian folklore, cattle ranching, lumber and farming. The Silverwood Theme Park is located just twenty-minutes north of the City of Hayden and features over 65 rides, shows and attractions, a steam engine train and magic shows. The park also includes an expansive water park with wave pool.

Tripleplay and Raptor Reef Water Park is a wonderful arcade and family fun center featuring bowling lanes, miniature golf, go-carts, laser tag, bumper boats, a climbing wall and a soft play area for smaller children. The water park includes ever kind of wet fun from relaxing hot tubs to a wave pool and from water guns to slides.
